Manage your membership, what cancelling does, and how refunds work.

Buy a membership
Choose the membership on the [Academy](/academy) page. Stripe handles the payment on its own page. Sign in first.
Manage your membership
Email hello@daycaremap.fyi from the address on your account to update your card or to cancel.
Cancel
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
If a payment fails
Your access stays for a short grace period of 7 days. Update your card before it ends.
After the period ends
You need an active membership to take Practitioner and Specialist courses. Certificates you already earned stay on My Academy. They keep verifying until they expire.
Refunds
Email hello@daycaremap.fyi to ask about a refund.
Billing problems
Email hello@daycaremap.fyi with the address on your account.
