How the Academy works

What the Academy is

The [Academy](/academy) at DaycareMap BC offers online courses. You read the lessons, take an exam, and earn a certificate of completion when you pass.

Steps

1. Open the [Academy](/academy) and choose a course.
2. Read the first lesson. It is open to everyone.
3. Sign in to enroll and to continue. You need an account to save progress.
4. Read the lessons.
5. Take the exam when you are ready.
6. If you pass, the Academy issues your certificate.

Your progress

[My Academy](/academy/my) lists your courses, your progress, and your certificates. Only you can see this page.

Levels

Courses come in three levels: Foundations, Practitioner, and Specialist. See Free and paid tiers for what each one costs.
